Adding An Employee Card: If any employees are allowed to use the account, they will be authorized users and will have equal charging privileges unless individual spending limits are established for them. You, as the Authorizing Officer, together with the business are responsible for any use of the account by you, an authorized user or anyone else permitted to use the account. You, together with the business, are responsible for repaying all balances on the account. All correspondence, including statements and notifications, will be sent to you as the Authorizing Officer. By requesting to add an employee cardholder to the account, you represent all information provided is accurate and is for persons with which the business has a relationship. You also represent that the business has permission to provide the employee information to Chase and to add the employee as a cardholder. If Chase determines any information provided is fraudulent, Chase has the right to close the account.

Marriott Bonvoy® Premier Plus Business Credit Card Automatic Gold Elite Status: You will automatically receive Gold Elite Status each calendar year as a cardmember. Please allow up to 8 weeks from account open date for your initial Gold Elite Status award to be applied to your Marriott Bonvoy® account. To qualify for and maintain Gold Elite Status your account must be open and not in default. If you do not qualify for Gold Elite status as a cardmember, in order to receive Gold Elite benefits you must qualify for Gold Elite Status under the terms of the Marriott Bonvoy program. Only one Marriott Bonvoy® Credit Card account per

Anniversary Free Night Award: Please allow up to 8 weeks from your account anniversary date for your Anniversary Free Night Award to be automatically deposited in to your Marriott Bonvoy® Account. Account anniversary date is the date that is twelve months after your account open date, and the same date each twelve months thereafter. Your Anniversary Free Night Award is valid for a one night hotel stay at a property with a redemption level up to 35,000 points. You are responsible for all incidental charges such as parking fees, and payment of mandatory resort fees at properties where resort fees are charged. For the list of participating hotels where you can redeem the 35,000 points, log on to redeem.marriottbonvoy.com/hotels or call the Marriott Bonvoy number on the back of your card. Your Free Night Award may not be combined with cash when redeeming for your free night but may be combined with Marriott Bonvoy points in accordance with the Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions located at marriottbonvoy.com/terms. Your Free Night Award may not be transferred, extended beyond expiration date, or re-credited for points. Each Anniversary Free Night Award issued will have an expiration of 12 months. To qualify for the Anniversary Free Night Award, your account must be open and not in default on your account anniversary date. Complimentary Free Night Award After Spending $60,000 in Purchases Each Calendar Year: As a one-time bonus each calendar year, once you reach $60,000 or more in purchases you will receive a Free Night Award. Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Buying products and services with your card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, the following types of transactions won’t count and won’t earn points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable. Please allow up to 12 weeks after qualifying purchases appear on your account for your Free Night Award to be automatically deposited into your Marriott Bonvoy® Account. Free Night Award is valid for a one night hotel stay at a property with a redemption level up to 35,000 points. Small Business Cardmember Rates: Marriott Bonvoy Premier Plus Business Card cardmembers can receive an exclusive, preferred rate (“SMB Rate”) when they book eligible rooms directly through a Marriott Channel and pay for their stay using their Marriott Bonvoy Premier Plus Business Card. The SMB Rate is a 7% discount on the guest room Standard Rate, subject to availability at Participating Properties. “Standard Rate” means the publicly available retail rate offered by Participating Properties at the time of booking to individual guests. “Participating Properties” includes hotels which participate in the Marriott Bonvoy program, excluding stays at Design HotelsTM, Marriott Executive Apartments®, Marriott Vacation Club®, Marriott Grand Residence Club®, Vistana Signature NetworkTM, Vistana Residence Network, The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club®, All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy®, Homes & Villas by Marriott International®, and MGM Resorts’ destinations.
